I have dedicated his life to fitness beginning with a degree in exercise science from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia in 1992.
I pursued my passion by becoming the Head Strength Coach at Benedictine University working with athletes for all sports. During this time, I also worked with the Young Americans Ice Hockey Team developing an off ice training program for their members.
Fitness has been a part of my life since childhood. I am an avid hockey player and sports fan. My own fitness program includes hockey, basketball, weight training, biking and much more.
I have been accredited by The National Academy of Sports Medicine and by Exercise Science Alliance. I am an educator for personal trainers conducting seminars to certify personal trainers.
The focus of my mission is to teach the importance of movement and balance and help change the lives of people thru a healthy and positive mindset. Mark believes people are capable of much more and need the structure and help of fitness professionals to bring out their best. “There is nothing more powerful then changing the mindset from feeling down and sluggish to empowering and positive and never has there been a more important time in our society to change this”.
